 | This contest is open to all Planet Pulse panelists in India only. |
 | Panelists can only invite friends residing in India to join Planet Pulse in order to be eligible for the prizes. |
 | Panelist will only be given an entry when the 5 friends they refer have responded to the confirmation
email and completed all their profiles |

New panelist must reside in India and aged 14 and above. |
 | Planet Pulse reserves the right to reject any contestant in the event that a fraud is detected. |
 | Contest period is from 2 July 2008 to 31 September 2008. |
 | Winners will be notified through email only. |
 | Winners draw will only count when recruit during the contest period which is 2 July to 31 September 2008. |
 | Planet Pulse reserves the right to publish or display the names of the winner for advertising and publicity
purposes without any payment or compensation. The winners hereby expressly agree and consent to
Planet Pulse's publication or display of their names for this purpose. Winners must submit a self photograph
as a condition to claiming the prize. |
 | Planet Pulse reserves the rights to make all final decisions. All prizes are not transferable and / or
exchangeable for cash and are subject to the Terms and Conditions stated therein. No correspondence,
inquiries, appeals or protest will be entertained. |
 | Planet Pulse reserves the right, in its sole absolute discretion, to reject any winner who is unable to satisfy
the Terms and Conditions stated herein. |
 | Planet Pulse reserves the absolute right at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever to change any
aspect of the campaign (including canceling or discontinuing the campaign or changing the prizes being given away)
or any part of this campaign without prior notice. |
 | Participation in this campaign shall be deemed to be a participant's acceptance and acknowledgement to be
bound by these Terms and Conditions. |
 | Planet Pulse shall not be liable for any or all damages, losses, cost and expenses (including legal costs on a solicitor)
incurred or suffered whether directly or indirectly and howsoever caused by the participants of this survey as
a result or in consequence of participating in this referral program.
